NoTube is a Chrome extension that hides YouTube video recommendations on the home page during user-defined time intervals. This policy explains what data the extension accesses and how it is handled.

Data stored locally

The extension stores the following settings in your browser's local storage using the Chrome storage API:

• Block schedule start time and end time
• Whether the extension is enabled or disabled
• Whether the notification is enabled or disabled

This data never leaves your device. It is used solely to apply your chosen schedule when you visit YouTube.

Permissions used

• storage — to save and load your block schedule settings locally.
• www.youtube.com — to inject a content script that hides video recommendations on the YouTube home page during the configured hours. No data from YouTube is read, stored, or transmitted.

Third parties

The extension does not share any data with third parties. No analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.

Children's privacy

The extension does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
